Rep Power: 39  | Fax Detection Procomm won't work with the OS2-based Octel 100. I had to get "Octel RSM" and setup my PC with the GUI software and then the 'client' end. There is a unique serial code that needs to be inputted at both ends - if you don't have it, you can't view the client's desktop. The RSM GUI is also very clunky, especially with 'ol analog dial-up. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 39 | I use Procomm for 350 and 250 as it emulates Wyse 50. For my Octel 100s, I had to use RSM software for remote access to my 100s. Can you send a screen shot of what your Procomm emulation looks like when its logged onto a 100? I'd be curious... | ||||||||
