set name when using the second DN

If your company has a lot of Octel voicemails or that is the company platform then I would if I were you. It is a good system, I was familiar with Serenade a while back. Really that product is superior to Audix.

BCM

Yeah, we have one Serenade and about 12 of the 100s (Aria?)...they're an older Octel platform from my understanding.

Do you happen to have any resources for learning Octel administration?

Thanks,

M3903 Transfer Key

you can go to www.avaya.com then go to the technical database and find the messaging link. This will get you to the documentaiton for Octel messaging. You should find the admin piece you are looking for.
