Where the hell can you get decent (remember I said decent) help and or documentation on an Octel/250? I have Docs from Avaya but they are not searchable as their is no indexing and even manually sifting through them I find only generic information.

Thanks Dixiedogger but I really am looking for docs, I can do the rest from that, Avaya is our official support contract but they suck so we will be moving to Bell (Canada) and I hear they are not much better as they tend to blame everything on the PBX unless you can prove to them otherwise.

Hey look for a new resource for Avaya including Octel help in the coming months. That is project number 2. I will keep you informed.
