Can't delete messages from Octel VM - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

I have a user who can not seem to erase their messages, they listen to a message and then at the end of the message it says "Your message will be erased" but when the user goes to listen next time the message is still there.

Any ideas?

What type of Octel is it? It sounds like the message is set to be erased and is letting the user hear it one more time but I would need to know if it is a 250 350 or some other type of Octel

We are using Octel 200/300 I eventually resolved the problem by deleting and then recreating the mailbox but I would be interested to know if there is another solution incase the problem reoccurs.
