Question Octel 250 Alarm notification
Does anyone know if there is a way to have the Octel notifiy you of alarms other than the main screen? I would like to have it notify our 24/7 help desk when there is an Service Affecting alarm. As of right now, you have to login to see if there is any. I can't seem to find a way.

The only way I know of is to use an alarm reporting box like the SL81 or the service pro system. I will read the alarm codes and you can hook it to the contact closures on the system and then it will email you the alarms
