Messages to Wave file

Morning all,

Is it possible to save a message in a voicemail (Mod Messaging) to a wave file? If so, how is it done? I have a need to save a message and dont know how to do this.

Thanks in advance

Yes it is but need to know what kind of MM you have. Are you using a MSS or exchange for the message store?

If you use the desktop client for Outlook, the voicemail messages display as wave files in Outlook.

This is how I get messages as wave files. My setup is also a MM with an MSS as the store. I have a MM 2.0 system that is currently on a list to be upgraded. I hope the new version has some nice bells and whistles.

Good Luck,

I do believe there is a Lotus Notes client also for MM. You may also need to run the Client Enablement tool to make it work. The enablement tool is for Windows XP service pack 2 pc's.

I was just starting to set this up at my old company when I switch jobs. Post again if anything else is needed. If I can assist I will try to remember the settings, etc.

Good Luck,
