Here Is What I Have: Type 31 Callers Menu Mbx With 6 Out Dial Options(2400) Mbx Mgr Ext: 2403; Type 0 Voice Mssaging Mbx (2401); Type 35 Conditional Transfer Mbx(2402) Mbx Mgf Ext 2042; Attnd Avail Mbx 2400 Attnd Unavail Mbx 2401; Phantom Station Numbers 1-6 Each With A Cover Path For Out Dial Numbers; Endpoint Station Number(2403) --- I Do Not Hear The Menu When I Dial 2403; What Am I Missing?

Well it looks to me like you are forwarding 2403 to the Octel and you want it to go to MB 2400 right?

You will need a mailbox 2403 or add an alias 2403 to MB 2400.

ok, I changed the type 31 callers menu mbx (2400) mbx mgr exten to 2402 which is the type 35 conditional xfr mbx; the phantom number that should ring the menu should be a different number than 2400 or 2402?

I used 2402 as the phantom station as well and heard my menu but now I have another problem - the options don't work - how do I connect the 6 out dial options to the menu?
