OCTEL 250/350 Configure Type 31 menu
I need to configure an 800# already programmed to a type 35 station number to forward on option 1 to an external number and cannot find any documentation to help.

add a type 34 and make the transfer destination a 9 and the number

issue resolved: don't need a type 34 transfer mailbox; need to configure a station on the switch and forward callers to the external number through a coverage path then change the type 31 callers menu option to the new extension

And you can use a type 34 also to do the same thing.
