Hi guys,

Currently updating my mailbox system due to faulty OS. But the problem is I cannot download the patch for this system. Does anyone knows why did avaya locked users access to the download site. I really and badly need this patch, because the integration between my PABX and VM doesn't work. The VM receives the data but doesn't process it. Could anyone please help me in repairing this VM or anyone could provide me with the patch.

They did it so non Avaya authorized people and companies can't get their hands on the software updates. Do you have a soldto number? I may be able to download it but am not sure it is legal to send it to you. I will check and see.

What patch is it you need

Hi kenmeans,

I would need a serenade patch for 4.1 and if possible the upgrade as well. I have a problem with my vm. Currently, integration data is being sent by my pabx but the vm does,t respond to it. Hope you could help me on this.

Do you know the patch number? Do you have the patch program? Have you done this before?

And are you sure this is a problem the patch will fix? I have not seen anything on the site that tells me that a patch will fix a problem like this but i do not know serenade very well but i do have access to the patches

Hi kenmeans,

Yes this could help me, this patch could make the integration much more easier since the serenade vm parameters for my pabx could only be changed by those patches. Currently I made some work around with the vm, so that no one would notice that it isnt integrated.

Are you asking for something here that you would normally have to pay for? Upgrades are rarely free.

If someone did it for you it should be but it is under the legecy download section on the avaya website.
