Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Sometimes Trying to figure out what happened to my network of Octels. I could call one number on one system and get to any extension on any networked Octel through a type 33 mbx. Someone, somewhere changed something and now when I use dial by name, I get to mbx's on that system, but hear the name and the prompt that there is no such extension. Help! :casstet:

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Make beautiful music with this! Thank you! I actually found out that someone, thinking they were fixing an issue, had changed the routing of one of the mailboxes to a different type dial-by-name mailbox. That link is good information though - thanks again!
