Unhappy Help Octel can not Reply to messages

I have an Octel in Isreal off of a Meridan Opt. 11. We have an issues that we are unable to reply to messages from internal calls. (press 8 to reply).

These calls are from desk to desk and on forward no answer or hunt to voicemail situation. The PBX integration between the Octel and Nortel PBX is working as messages go to the right mailbox for the users. I have look over the programing for both the PBX and Octel and per Octels D- MID integration everything is correct.
What the users hear from the Octel when trying to reply to the message is
"Sorry, you can't use the system to reply to a non subscriber", but these calls are internal not external.

Has anyone ever had this issues or have any dieas on how to fix this??

Octel Issue

I have ran into this problem before, I had to reboot the voicemail and DMID in order for the system to recognize the PBX extension again.

it may not be set to 2 calling party if known

Number of Rings for On-PBX Calls (Used for ECP): 3
Sender ID Used for Telephone Answering Messages: 2 - Calling Party, if Known
Saved Messages - Keep Date/Time Stamp of When the Message was Received: Y
Block Messages to Uninitialized Mailboxes (Y/N): Y

it is 555. We have not changed anything. They did add a PRI for their DID's some months ago.

If you look at the online CDR when you make a call do you see the right caller and calle ?

Yes, the only thing that has changed recently was that about 6 months ago the installed a PRI on the PBX. That is it!
This is an internal call from desk to desk and on RNA and FNA it does go to the right mailbox.
Not sure either, but will try and reboot the system and the DMID.
