Location: midwest Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Anyone? Here is the deal.... I have a G3R connected to an Octel VMX. When a caller is xfer into the vmx they can as soon as the message starts dial an "extension" and be xfer to any valid extension in the pbx. If they dial a "4-digit agent ID" while in the vmx it attempts to xfer the call but drops it after about 3 seconds. Anyone have a clue as to if this is suppose to work and if so how do I make it work ? Thanks, KH | ||||||||
