Merlin legend LD code trouble

Hey all,
I have a customer with a Merlin Legend 4.0 with mlm. They had 2 cabinets fully configured but they had 2 EnM cards that were unused in ports 4 and 5 of the first cabinet. They needed more extensions so I pulled the EnM cards and installed a 408mlx and an 016 card. I performed a board renumber and got all my extensions reconnected to the proper ports. In slot 10 is a 800 CID line card which I left in slot 10. I got the lines renumbered and reassigned to the proper extensions and pools. Yesterday the customer said that they were unable to dial out. Which I isolated to an extremely long time from the time a number was dialed to the time the call went through. The lines were good @ telco interface. I re set all lines in the card to loop start and this seemed to clear the long pause. On LD calls the cust has account codes that they must enter after the number is dialed. Today the cust. says that they are being prompted for the codes, but after entry, nothing happens n they are unable to call LD. Of course this trouble didn't start until after the expansion. Any ideas?

Is the Merlin used for only one company? It sounds more like a call acct. code for billing as opposed to calling LD. But I under stand that the system is not allowing the calls. What happens when you put your Bud set on the lines and make a call? are you prompted for a code. If that is the case, you may have to call the local provider to run some tests.
