| Sometimes it pays to give... i am new to this board and probably posted this in the wrong area, but anyway... we have a 1030 merlin and i just picked up a classic mail from ebay...to cheap to pass up. Is this thing hard to install and can somebody give me some quicktips... Or am I wasting my time... cheerio... | ||||||||

Location: Jonesboro AR Rep Power: 6 ![]() | PBX Login I don't think the old merlin stuff was voice mail compatible...I know that the 4-10 and the 8-20's werent...and Im pretty sure the 30-70 wasn't so Im just about willing to bet that the 10-30's aren't either. Basically, the earliest voice mail compatible system I can recall is the old system 25's but don't quote me on that. | ||||||||

Location: Utah Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Equip a Package? Actually the 206,410 and the 820,Merlin Plus all can use the Classic Mail. If memory serves you can put the Classic Mail R1.6 with the 1030/3070 but you have to have the Optional Expansion Key for it to work with the 1030/3070. [Edited on 12/7/2003 by telprog] | ||||||||
