Rep Power: 0 ![]() | We are having an issue with the Merlin Messaging, call restriction. We program the extensions to restrict certain area codes from being called and when tested works. Then it seems to reset itself and programming does not hold. We are using WNSPM quickaccess. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Thank you Dexman. This is not a Magix. It is a Legend 7.0 processor with Merlin Messaging. They had an old Legend 1.1 I believe and we installed a 7.0. Merlin Messaging is 4.0. The data could not be backed up and restored. Life would be easier if it could have been. | ||||||||

Location: Boston MA Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I think WinSPM has the ability to convert programming from the old revision to another, but I could be wrong. Given my somewhat limited knowledge of the Legend & Magix platforms, if nobody else is able to figure it out, my suggestion would be to contact an Authorized Avaya Business Partner in your area. They should be able to figure out where the problem lies. | ||||||||
