Unhappy Merlin Magix WinSPM Programming...
...How can you program the Merlin Messaging with the WinSPM software? From what I can tell, all I can do are phone programming changes. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

There is software on the Avaya support site to program Merlin Messaging modules. support.avaya.com.

The WinSPM programs the phone system

The Messaging is programmed by logging into the System Administrator's mailbox, and using touch-tones and menus, OR, you can download software to connect through the LAN port and program from a Windows interface.
