Greetings,
The church I attend was just given a Merlin Lengend with an R3 processor board.
I'm attempting to program it via the WinSPM8 software and am having some troubles. I've programmed on a System 75 & Definity G3i, but this is either too simple, or I'm really missing the boat!

The system itself consists of the following:
The R3 proc / 2ea. 008MLX / 2 ea. 408GS/LS & 1ea. 008OPT.
We have only 2 dialtones coming into the switch & 12 extensions (between MLX phones and an analog FAX line).
We'll be using only the MLX-10D phones & perhaps 1 0-button set.

Here's my problem...
I just want to program this to have the 2 outside lines, 1ea. voice & ring intercom.
There seems to be all the old programming stuck in it that I can't get out.
I'm unable to get dialtone on the analog ports of the 408GS/LS card. But I can get dialtone on the 008OPT card. Also, should I set this to "Key" or "PBX" mode? It's been some years since I did any of this.

Does anyone know if you can "reset" the entire system to clear out all the current programming? I'm not used to this interface on the SPM software. I used to command-line programing & this is making me nuts!

Any help anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated.
