I need to know the installers username/ passwords for the Magic, and a way to bypass them if they have been changed from default. Any help would be great.

Manno,

There is no way I know of to bypass the installers login/password. You would have to contact Avaya for a password reset. I am not sure of your relationship with the installer, but you could ask for the information. But if you ask, I hope you know what you are doing in the system because it may be cheaper to have the installer back out for changes than having them come out and redo your whole system because you accidentally deleted something.
