As I mentioned in an earlier post I'm crossing over to the Meridian system from the PC network side of the house.

I have used basic switch commands (idu, enlu, etc), call pilot, and OTM for a few weeks and need to learn more. I use LD 20 and LD 85 to do things but I don't really have the background to know what they are.

I need to get the CBT to know the basic and then advanced switch stuff (the only one I have is Nortel VoIP CBT). Please let me know what to get. I'd appreciate anyone's suggestions.

Thanks.

Definitely start with the basics...but then get MerAssistant...it will show you how to do all the stuff that you want...You can watch as it runs through its routines..and print them out.

It won't be as big a release as Halo 2 but I think it will be a tool most techs won't want to live without. Its too easy to use.

Its not out yet but will be soon.
