| Junior Member | CDR records from Meridian Are you referring to the "main" open trees greeting when you dial your Octel pilot number? If this is what you are talking about, change the profile for the mailbox number. What type Mailbox is it? On a type 35 conditional transfer mailbox there are mailboxes for attendant available and unavailable, check those out. |

You can change the greeting just like in a normal mailbox. access the mailbox apply the password. the system will prompt you through the rest.
