Location: 1069.7 miles from Tiverton, Ontario (CANADA) Rep Power: 12  | I have an extension that I need to block from pesons dialing the 4 digit extension and have them dial only the xxx-xxxx. Can this be done? I dont want persons in-house dialing this number and leaving a meassage. I want to make them dial the 7 digit number, even in-house, then leaving a meassage. OPT81C, Rls 3.0. | ||||||||

Location: philadelphia Rep Power: 6 | assign the phone in house a different extension. Than you can build an idc to point to the new number. The idc will be built using the old 4 digit did and convert it to the new extension number. I have never used idc and don't know if it does what I think it does but it may work in this case. Other more knowledgeable users will know. | ||||||||
