I don't know how to add a station on the Meridian 11C. Would someone please help me out. I have the following questions:

1. How do you specify the port of a digital station.
2. How do you enable MWI.
3. How do you specify the coverage path for the phone.
4. How do i see the list of extensions and stations on my switch.

I attached one existing station on my pbx. please describe the highlighted commands.

Thank you.

Personal Opinion on
This forum is a mechanism for those with knowledge on the Meridian 1 system to share that knowledge with others and we freely contribute on top of our day-to-day jobs. In that light, it is not meant to be a replacement for basic training or knowledge on the system. All Nortel NTP's (i.e. technical documentation which gives an overview of the system as well as detailed instructions on how to configure and maintain) are available for download from Nortel's website. Grab copies of that documentation or review the CD if you have it, gain a basic understanding of what you are dealing with, and then post your questions.

TN LOOP SHELF CARD UNIT

005 is your Loop
0 is the shelf
0 is the first circuit card in that shelf
0 is the circuit unit being used on that card

As stated above you may want to review the documenation or possibly take a class at global knowledge.

Ditto last two.....consider them soft nudges to RTM

However you have an opt 11, instead of L S C U, your TN consists of card and unit
C 0 0 U
TN 5 X X 0 in your case is:
5 = 5th card (or slot) (main cabinet)
0 = 1st unit on that card.
