I've had the same issue with an Opt81C with 25.40B. I took LD 30 out of the midnight routines and it hasn't happend since.

Does anyone know if a patch is available?

VZTECH1, I HAD THAT PROBLEM I CURED IT BY FDL ALL THE PHONES. THE PROBLEM WITH PHONES DISABLING FOR NO GOOD REASON HAS CONTINUED THOUGH

We had the same problem - upgraded the firmware on switch, and fdlf to all sets. We have not had the problem since - have you also checked your core patches???

Routing calls through PBX to and from Call manager.
just installed the latest Core and Terminal patches last night etc..

DEPPACKS Version A...

need to do the firmware sumtime... im having a few funnies with phones locking up, they need to be unplugged for 10 seconds.. and plugged back in.. then they work..
