CDP ?

HI all

I have problem were my callcentre agents use the time on the turrets to regulate there login and logout times but some turrets take longer than others to update the time, the gap is about 2 - 5 min. Is there a way to get the update to work faster and would I have to switch off some background routines to speed up the update?

Hello.. The update gap of 2-5 minutes on the display is design intent. Updating the time is a low priority task and is performed on each loop in turn. In some circumstances it can take up to 20 minutes to update all of the displays. Once updated the telephone itself controls the time display until the system clock is reset in LD 2. If the system is processing a high number of calls the update will take longer. The best time to adjust the clock is during a light traffic period. There aren't any options to change the update speed

Must be the cold..

Are you talking about a lapse in the update of the time on the display of the phones?
If so, check your "lamp audit", make sure it is turned on.
LD 77, DLMP 0

If not, disregard!

PBXInfo ... a hackers paradise?

Thanks R-man.
Will have a look, need to get hold of the password thou and will contact my product support people. Just a question, does the lamp audit interigate each set and then updates the time ? sorry but I have been on the Nortel product range for less than a year now and still learning.
