Location: UK Rep Power: 6 ![]() | EXTRACT FROM THE DIARY OF AN AMERICAN WHO MOVED TO CANADA We have two receptionists using 2250 attendant consoles with the Smile software. They are complaining of a very low volume level - I've been to see myself, and it is veeery quiet. The volume on the terminals is turned right up. Anyone got any suggestions?! | ||||||||

Rep Power: 11 ![]() | A Holiday Just for Him Is this the buzz volume that you are refering to? if so you need to do SHIFT and the square with the bold line second from top. this will get you into OPTIONS MENU from there it's pretty user freindly __________________ | ||||||||
