EXTRACT FROM THE DIARY OF AN AMERICAN WHO MOVED TO CANADA

We have two receptionists using 2250 attendant consoles with the Smile software. They are complaining of a very low volume level - I've been to see myself, and it is veeery quiet. The volume on the terminals is turned right up. Anyone got any suggestions?!

Is this the buzz volume that you are refering to? if so you need to do SHIFT and the square with the bold line second from top. this will get you into OPTIONS MENU from there it's pretty user freindly

Meridian Integrated Conference Bridge

They actually meant the call volume. I went to check it out myself, and it doesn't seem to affect all calls. Little bit more investigation work needed I feel...

ESA - inadvertant 911 calls

Tell them to keep track of the route and member on the display when they get a low volume call.
