DRT and CFNA

My users want to see who is calling on their second line when they are on their primary. I put TDD in the CLS and it shows. However, if it s an outside call, it only shows the last 6 digits of the CLID. For instance. Im on line 1. A call comes in on line 2 and the display reads:

XXXXXXXX
YYYYY ZZZZ "BUSY" 00:00

Where X= Name programmed on Line 2 CPND
Where Y= Last 5 digits of the incoming CLID
Where Z= Primary DN

My question is. Is there a way to show the entire CLID when TDD is used?

Thanks,

I think I have tried this on our OPT81C, 3.0 and I have not gotten this to work. It works great for in-house calls.

If you check I think you will find that you have the CLS of DNDA. This displays the dialed DN information as well.
You can try changing the CLS to DNDD to see if that will accomplish what you want. You will lose the display of the primary DN, or the DN dialed but it should leave enough room to get the calling number on the display.
