I just discovered that all my 2500 set users have lost the ability to do a hook flash. The switch does not seem to recognize the hook flash at all.

This switch is on 3.0 (since June) and I know this feature had been working. GNTS has been messing around in the switch for the last 2 weeks to try to fix a CDR problem. I am waiting for them to call me now.

CHECK IN LD 21 PRT YOUR TIM DATA FLSH TIMER IT MAY BE TO SHORT

Checked the FLSH timer already and it is 100. According to NTP's it should be 45 (default). Tried changing it to 45 and it still won't work.

GNTS has installed 7 patches in the last couple of weeks and I feel one of them broke it. Still waiting on them to call back.

Check to see what you have IFLS set for in the MPO data in LD 21.
