Location: Dallas, Texas Rep Power: 5 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | 1 ext and 2 lines After spending many Hours on this huge menu, I finally got it to a point where I could save it and could make it live. Well I built a number and foward it to Voicemail then added that number as the Voice Service Number to the Menu. When I call the Number I get this error: "You call cannot be completed at this time, Please try again later" I am 99% sure that it is a Recording from call Pilot because it is a 4 digit extension. Anyways, What does this message mean in Call Pilot Terms? Is it currently adding the application in? Do I have a setting incorrect? If I save a unfinished Application it gives me a pop up saying that this app can't be made live...but this app I saved took the change, So I closed the App and App Builder just to be sure. Rep Power: 6 ![]() | itg trunk problem Im on 1.07 and not an expert but you might want to check the RPLs to see if that range is restricted. The message I got when this happened was similiar to yours "Your call cannot be completed at this time, transferring to an attendant, one moment please.." also you may want to check whicn RPL is assigned to the call answering/exp messaging/thru-dial under the security properties. | ||||||||
