I'm trying to extend the hold time for call park and I'm not having much luck. Wondering if someone can point me in the right direction. Right now it disconnects at 30 sec, internal or external call, and I would like to increase it to 60 sec. I've changed some of the timers in LD15 and CPTM in LD 50, but that doesn't work. Any ideas?

Problems dialing out on new route

CPTM should do it. If you are using a music trunk you need to check the time-out on that route.

1 ext and 2 lines

It's not using a music route and the time is set to 45 sec, but it still disconnects at 30 sec.
I must have something else set wrong.
