System is a 61c. I'm looking for a quick way (LD ?) to list out my music-on-hold sources to verify some issues. Supposedly we have music for both internal and external calls. When testing I just get exterenal music. Any info would help. Thanks.......

it means that you should only have one source of music, which is route 21. you should be able to trace your s-connect from tn 4 0 1 0, to find the source if that is your ultimate goal. also if you have a maintenance set that is tgar 0, you can print out the rdb in ld 21 and find the access code for that route, (ACOD). you should be able to dial the acod from your maint. set, or any set with tgar 0, and hear your music on hold source.

Internal music on hold is turned on in the customer data block.

Look for MUS - should be yes.
Check out the feature manual under "Music, Enhanced".

Back onto this issue again. Music source is OK. Under LD 21 MUS is set to NO. If this is changed will it allow music on internal calls? And if it does, what is the command to change it to MUS YES?

If you don't want the music route to be set for yes on the routes that you want music on should be set to yes, Steamer has the internal answer for you.

So if MUS is set to NO on LD 21, Music should be playing on both internal and external calls?

Right, music set to NO on Route 21, music set to yes in LD 15

this is the load to see if it is set to yes or no
