Hello all,

At one site I'm having an issue with the DID ranges and CLID for outbound calls.

Here's the example:

DID Range: 123-456-4000 to 123-456-4999
DN Range: 54000 to 54999

I need the outbound to display 123-456-4000 but with that 5 in there do I have to make individual CLID entries for all of the DNs?

How do I get rid of the leading 5 of the DN and put in 123-456 and then have the last four digits of the DN sent out for this whole range?

Arch, the problem is that your DN's do NOT match your DID numbers. In the example you gave your DN's should have been provisioned as:

64000 to 64999

Your only option is to change the DN range to TRUE DID DN's, or make a CLID table for each DN. (The system supports 4000 CLID Tables)
