Here's the problem. I have a 3903 phone that's stopped working. No dial tone, no display,nothing.

I prt the TN and notice there's a user logged in with a virtual extension. I out the virtual extension and prt the TN once again, the virtual TN is still logged into the 3903 even though the virtual TN is no more.

I tried another phone on the line and it's the same. I want to out the line and start from fresh but it won't let me because virtual TN is still associated with it. (SCH1944)

So i have a non-working phone that i can't log the user out of. Funny thing is, i can see a call log on the phone but there's no dial tone and none of the other keys work.

Here's the problem TN, you can see the virtual TN that's stopping me outing the TN.
