Hi

Calls to a specific extension are not going to voice mail at night.

Details - Meridian Option 61C, Octel 250 voice mail
Calls to 3311 go to 10 phones with 3311 as MCR on key 2 or 3.
3311 is MARPed on one phone ( 2616, key 01 ).
All phones are hunting and FDN to voice mail.
3311 is a type 35 Conditional xfer mailbox in Octel.
3311 uses attendant schedule 8, with time of day controls setting 7:00 am to 11:00 pm as "day", 11 to 7 as "night". No attendant on weekends
Unanswered day calls go to a day mail box, night calls go to a type 33 mailbox with a menu directing caller to other mailboxes.

Day time works fine. Calls get answered, or go to voice mail box without issue.
After 11:00 the calls never get to voice mail.

Two Nortel engineers looked at the switch and voice mail and saw no issues. I changed time of day so I could test it, and calls went where expected - after hours calls got to voice mail.
Changed TOD controls back and calls don't go to voice mail.

????

What am I missing?

Using Sympoisum With AgentView Wallboards

What happens after hours when forwarded to the Conditional mailbox? Does it just ring or disconnect or get a general system greeting or end up at the consoles?

I'd suspect that the correct DN isn't being delivered to the VM system...

Also, post your TOD schedule and TN that you're dealing with...

Is there some system parameter in Octel over-riding the TOD table for the specific mailbox? Did you check your information table and COS to see if there aren't any conflicting parameters?

Changed CLS CFTA to CFTD ( Call Forward by Call Type Allowed/ Denied ). This fixed issue. Tested, internal and external calls go to mail after 4 rings.
