Customer A has voicemail but wants to forward his phone to customer B who also has voicemail. While his phone is forwarded he wants new messages to go into customer B's mailbox. Is this possible and how would you do it?????

Send a message via AIM to HCJes
More bacon for little Johny?

You need SFA on customer B if you want the message to go to B's voicemail on forward.
SFD is the default settings which would cause the voicemail to go to A's voicemail even though the call was sent to B.

MOST voicemail systems will see/remember the originally dialed number and play the greeting associated with it.

SFA/SFD have nothing to do with this.
