I need to tidy up the Inventory lists for phones and cards, however I am not very proficient with Excel. I went to pepedogs website and downloaded the MV file (which states it CAN convert it to excel), but had no luck. I tried changing the original inventory sheet to text, but go no where with that also. Any help would be appreciated!

I just open it in excel and it asks me if it's fixed-width or delimitted. I tell it delimitted. Then it asks me what the delimitters are and I say comma, space, and tab (although I don't think there are any tabs in there). Once it opens I have everything in a nice column format. The CE is in the top part and the PE is in the bottom part.

RE:

Visit www.pepedog.com/meridian and download the TNBDNB parser file. This will automatically parse your ld117 inventory for you.

Also, (it's not ready yet) but check out the NPNC for a new program I'm working on called 'MerAssistant'. It does the same thing that pepe's program does, but imports it into Ms Access + a whole lot more ...
