In LD 15 under the RDR block, there are several prompts. CFNA, CFN0, CFN1, CFN2 and DFN0, DFN1, DFN2. CFN0, 1 and 2 are are default as 4, which means after 4 rings the call will forward. DFN0, 1 and to are for distinctive ring cycles which are also default 4 rings. I would suggest you change CFN2 and DFN2 to the number of rings you want, 1 to 15 are valid. Then you wou would change the RCO prompt on the phones to RCO 2. The RCO default is 0 which means the set is using CFN0 and DFN0. If you want to change all phones to a different ring cycle, Just change CFN0 and DFN0 to the number of ring cycles to want. Tony | |||||||||
