Look at LD 90
You will PRT your NETwork data for all NXXs for either AC1 or AC2. Does this make any since? You could also search this forum for other BARS issues like: How to add a new area code? You will be doing the same procedure only instead of an NPA you are doing an NXX. Remember to always print, then add, then test. Post back if you need a bit more info.

Look at ld15 first and make sure that you have enabled nfcr for this cust. Then setup your frl to the ncos you are using in ld 87. Next, in ld49 assign the allow or deny codes to the tree you want to use, and in ld 16 for the rdb you are using assign the frl to the tree you programmed in ld 49. Try it, and post back.
