Meridian Mail messages re-appearing after being deleted - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

We have MM release 13 and we have a few instances with some of the mailboxes where deleted messages keep re-appearing as well as some instances where the message light is on but there aren't any new messages.
I have run traces and in the trace there is no indication of the deleted messages being put back in the mailbox and no indication that the MWI indicator being turned on either.
All other activity on the mailbox is recorded in the trace.
I have deleted the mailbox and re-added it, no change
I have deleted the mailbox and re-added it onto a different volum, no change
I have moved the set to a different TN, no change
Is anyone else encountering this same problem?

Have you checked the mailbox class of service storage limit? Mer Mail will allow you to exceed your storage limit threshold. I've seen problems with mailboxes that are above the storage limit.
