Fletch, this note will look vaguely familiar.

For some reason I can't get to the PBXinfo site today and I need serious assistance. Over the week end our facility performed a scheduled power down. Our two loop RPE was shut down on Friday, COB and I brought it back up yesterday afternoon. All seemed well. No errors. No red lights. Good to go, right? No! A piece of equipment, that is not telephony related, shorted out and burned. This equipment was grounded to our bus bar for some unknown reason. After this happened the (1) RED LED on the top of the RPE shelves turned on. I had no errors of any kind in the HST and I can't get the light to go off. (2) This morning I am getting a few scattered reports that analog phones have dial tone and can place calls but, they are not getting any ring tone.
What would you recommend? Obviously, I am concerned most about restoring service and then secondly the red light. I am running an 81C on rls. 25.3. There are no DTR cards in these two shelves. The Ring Generator cards are both NT8D21AB, rls. 2 models.
Happy Monday! Thanks, as always, for taking the time to ponder this. I am hitting Nortel Networks but, not having much luck finding anything specific. Maybe I just don't know what to look for.............. I will be looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
