Location: NORTEL - Ottawa Rep Power: 7  Gender:  Country:  | czach, I've you've got a 68060 (aka CP3 = NT5D10), then you can upgrade to the latest shipping software (Release 3) as well as the upcoming CS 1000 Release 4 without changing your processor. To go beyond Release 5, then you will need to upgrade your processor. Grab a copy of bulletin P-2004-0166-Global-Rev2 to see this info. As mentioned before in this forum, Nortel moved to a simplified package configuration with Release 3. The net result is that you will probably get additional features simply from the upgrade. Once you are up to Release 3 (or Release 4), you can add IP Telephony at your convenience without throwing away the rest of your system. | ||||||||
