Beer in Aluminum Bottles
I don't have luck with corporate directory to work, I installed OTM, & in LD 20 I sent CLS CRPA for the M3904 but I don't get the Corporate Directory header to show up, am I missing something.

Are you pressing the "Application" button on the phone? It's on the bottom of the phone, next to Shift. At least thats on the 3903 on my desk.

The system has been running since December 2003. How would I check to see if what you ask has been done? I didn't do it! I was tossed into this situation with no training. OTM and Callpilot have done most of what I needed. The one class I have attended so far at globalKnowledge was the "required" familiarization class. Thanks!!

I'm not sure I downladed the database to the PBX the right way, the manual is just a mystrey.
Anyone could explaian that step by step

In OTM Navigator did you go into Utilities, there you have Corporate Directory?
If you put something into the PBX with Procom or other terminal connection then you have to retrieve it to the OTM to get the OTM up to date

I have the corporatedirectory appearing in the OTM navigation menu, but I'm not sure I doing the right procedure to download the dbase to the Meridian.

I Have this message appearing in the log file after I try to upload the corporate directory dbase to the Merdian1 option 11c Rel. 25.14, the connection between the OTM & the Meridian is serial.

""Error in opening FTP location : The parameter is incorrect. Could not upload db to home sys : Hanson Inc|Option 11C|0
Corporate directory file size is 0
Could not upload db to home sys : Hanson Inc|Option|0""

any one could help??
