Hi,

Can I rename the autodial key on 3905. I need to configure multiple autodial keys on M3905. Problem is that all the key show "AutoDial" as display on phone screen. How can I cahnge that?

Second thing: Digit combination of Autodial can be changed from phone itself. Can we stop it from phone, so that Agents can't make changes in that?

TIA.

Host and Virtual 3903's?

Options
Change Feature Key Label --> Select
Select a Feature Key (The Key you want to edit)

And then use the Digits to change the name

The only way I can think of is to make the keys Hot lines instead of ADL

Actually I need to pass some digit in between the call, if I use any other option then ADL then it first put the current call on hold and dial those number, which is not my requirement.

If there is any other method through which I can forward the digits transparently, then please let me know.

TIA

THERE IS NO WAY, I'VE HAD PEOPLE CHANGE THE EXTENSION NUMBER ON THE PHONE. IF YOU THINK THAT WON'T MESS YOU UP FOR AWHILE
