| I say not HOT enough! I have a PRI installed and I'm not getting CLID info showing on my phones when someone is calling in. All I see is the trunking information. The Carrier says I have CLID on this line. What do I have to set in the PBX to turn this feature on? Can anyone help me please? | ||||||||

| Ahhh. ok, there is a Pri DCH and A Backup DCH. both in the CFN don't have a CLID entry. Now, when I go to change the DCH in 17 do I have to dissable both DCH's and all the loops in the route? Or just both DCH's? Cause when I DSBL 1 of the DCH's and try to make the change I get the following: SCH5578: Logical application must be disabled. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 8 ![]() | Can anyone tell me what some of the PDT commands do? Have you gone into LD 96 and done monitored you DCH messages to see what you are actually receiving? I would suggest to do so before you make many changes. LD 96 >ENL MSGI x (where x=dch to monitor) If this is a real busy trunk route I suggest waiting for a slow traffic period. Also the CLID prompt in the CFN is for CLID in CDR records. | ||||||||

| This is what I see when I watch the MSGI on the Primary DCH. DCH 42 IMSG SETUP REF 000080A1 CH 34 22 TOD 10:46:54 CALLED #:1628 NUM PLAN: E164/NATIONAL (NPA) DCH 42 IMSG SETUP REF 000080A2 CH 43 19 TOD 10 22CALLED #:1231 NUM PLAN: E164/NATIONAL (NPA) I'm not seeing the number's coming in. Does this mean I'm not set to recieve them? Or that the provider isn't sending them? | ||||||||
