CDR on CDP

Ok. I'm adding a new agent into an exsisting queue.
I get to key 00 acd xxxx 0 zzzz (xxxx= acd number zzzz= pos ID)

Oh, by the way we have Symposium as well.
I add the new agent under the current Sup. I get all done, subbmit the changes and comes back ok.

I goto the new agent phone and the login ID will not work.
WTF is going on!

John,

You dont aquire agents, you acquire sets.

Agents can be anything that you have built in the system as an agent.

Agents and phones only get matched together after they login.

If the agent id does not work, then ask the agent next to you to logout for a second, Then use that agent id to login. If it does not work, you have a set or symposium acquire problem. If it does work, you have a problem with the way you built the agent.

Not a silly question at all. I'll look, but something tells me when I made key 00 an ACD key it should have known it is an agent.
Maybe I'm wrong.

I looked at the CLS of this phone and it was not set to AGN. I did change that but still not working.
Thanks PP for that idea. I never would have looked at that. I will make a note to always verify that and agent phone has AGN in CLS.
