Location: France Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Hi, Our mail rebooted by itself and now the access link is not working anymore. The call are defaulted to the Default VSDN set in the Global settings. I can acquire the Access voice port without problem, I see them as active on the MMail but as soon as the port received a call (which is defaulted) it become "Idle " on the MMail but it's still seen as "Acquired Login" by Symposium. I deleted all the port and the IVR ACD-DN and create a new one with a new port, but still the same pb. I rebooted the MMail, the VSM service in Symposium, and finally the Symposium server, no change. I'm waiting the end of the operation to swap to our Backup server to see if still the same. Any other suggestion ?? Thanks. | ||||||||
