Pick up groups

Set the RNPG prompt on the set to something other than zero. All phones with the same number in RNPG will be in the same group (RNPG = Ringing Number Pickup Group) Add CLS GPUA (Group Pickup Allowed) and PUA (Pickup Allowed) although PUA should be added automatically upon changing RNPG.

Then define a key on the set as KEY xx RNP yyyy where yyyy is the RNPG (1-4095 I believe)

That should be it.

If you do not want to waste a key on your digital phone... you can also use SPRE 3. On our site our SPRE is 1, so dialing 13 will also pickup other phones.

You can also check to see what RNPGs are already defined by going into your Feature load (80 or 81, cannot remember.

CUST 0
FEAT RNPG
RNPG (enter passed)
FEAT (enter pass)
They should print out.
