Can a person change the number of rings before calls FWD's to VM or another extension? Right now it's 4.

This I'm sure would be system wide, correct?

J,

Do a search on RCO & CFN, we've been over this issue a few times.

If you can't find it let me know, and I'll post it up again.

J,
I found it. It was under RCO in the search field. Looks like LD 15.

Thanks,

John

John you want to change CFN0,1,or 2 not CNFA and on the phone you want RCO to reflect CNF0,1, or 2

Gei,
RCO on most all phones are already set to 0. So should a person just change that one?

RCO usually defaults to 0 which is CFN0 (probably set to 4) What are CFN 1 and 2 set for? Looking at your post it looks like CFN 0,1 and 2 are set the same. If you want more rings than 4, I would change CFN 1 to how many rings you want (up to 15) and set the RCO of the phone to 1.
