What I want to do is add 2 Pri's that only one department uses. How does this sound. Build the trunks with a NCOS of 0 to make them unrestricted, but in the RLB make them the entry 0 with a FRL of 7. NOTE: NCOS of 6 is the highest you will find on the phones. Then I can make the department phones an NCOS of 7 and everytime they dial it will alow them to dial, but no one else. This all has to do with what the Caller ID says because they are using our switch and phones(profit,non-profit), but when they dial LD it comes up with our name. Will this work?

ASM settings

Use TGAR/TARG in RDB to block access to the route. If the TARG matches the TGAR the you won't be able to access the route. Place your two new PRIs in that route and you should be all set
