| I am trying to program a M3904 phone. It has 1 key based add on module. When I try to program any of the buttons on the add on module I receive the following error: (SCH0361) Key number out of range 0-9 per key/lamp strip, 0-10 for M2012 and M3000, 0-8 for M2009, 0-17 for M2018, 0-5 for M2006. This happens for anything I try to assign to a button. Any ideas what this means? Thanks! | ||||||||

| Where is AOM 1? In OTM on the main phone screen there is something called "key based module." That was set to 0. I changed it to 1 and ran the job and that went successully. Then i click on "add on 1" buttion and thats where the add on module is displayed. This is where i try to program the module. Is there another setting? | ||||||||

If you are adding a Module to an existing phone I would do a "change as replace" instead of just a change | ||||||||
