Location: Toronto, Canada Rep Power: 0  | how can I program a direct dial from my set to voicemail withought entering malbox # and password the way is set up now keyXX mwk 7000, so I press message key then my mailbox number and # and then password and #. I want just to press message key from my set and will go directly to my voicemail withought entering password and mailbox# thanks in advance | ||||||||

Location: Jacksonville, AR Rep Power: 7  | From Meridian Mail, there is a setting for auto login. I forget where it is at, as I am not in from of the terminal, but IF you needto know, I can post it later. For the Direct Dail, assuming you are using a M3900/M2008/M2616, the only way to make it direct dial is to program one of the keys as KEY XX HOT D 4 7000 That way, whenever they press the button, it will automatically dial Meridan Mail wether or not they picked up the handset. With the auto login feature inabled in Meridian Mail, it will bypass the Mailbox and Password option. Also, programming the key as a hot key will not tie up their extension. So if someone calls while they are checking their MailBox, their phone will beep at them. | ||||||||
